Alli Bone is a Telecom Design Manager and Project Manager at Horrocks, where she leads the planning, design, and execution of fiber optic infrastructure projects across Colorado and beyond. With over a decade of experience in infrastructure engineering, she specializes in broadband deployment, permitting strategy, and developing construction-ready design packages that support efficient, scalable network builds.

She is actively involved with the Fiber Broadband Association, contributing to industry discussions on best practices and workforce development, and currently serves as Chair of the Deployment Specialist Committee.

In addition to her engineering career, Alli is the author of Follow the Light: A Fiber Optic Adventure, a children’s book series created to make complex infrastructure concepts accessible to kids, families, and communities. Through this work, she advocates for community engagement and the importance of building a future-ready workforce.

Alli brings a unique perspective that combines technical expertise, strategic leadership, and creative communication to support a more connected and resilient broadband industry.
