Patrick Mulhearn

Patrick's experience is rooted in local and state government: a concentration in public infrastructure finance and policy led to his developing and implementing some of the first local government broadband policies in California.

Consulting to local and state governments on broadband and digital equity strategies followed his career in public service, which included overseeing a statewide digital equity program and authoring fiber broadband strategic plans and digital equity strategies for municipal governments.

As the director of government affairs for Ripple Fiber, Patrick looks for opportunities to apply his extensive public sector experience to bring high-speed internet to everyone. The opportunity represented by reliable, future-proof, fiber optic techology is central to his process, and fostering long-term relationships with local governments is a vital feature of his success.
