Meaghan is a Partner in the Deals Value Creation practice in Montreal focused on TMT (telecommunications, media and tech). Her experience spans M&A, consulting, media and public relations and includes international experience across Canada, the US, France, and Central and Eastern Europe.
In her role at PwC, she advises private and public companies as well as private equity firms from pre-deal to post-deal execution. She specializes in developing strategies to drive growth from identifying new market opportunities to commercial due diligence and post-merger integration.
She holds an MBA from HEC Paris and Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University.
