Tom Vito is the Chief Revenue Officer at TEP, responsible for accelerating overall revenue growth and leading all sales and marketing functions. Tom brings more than two decades of experience in the broadband, fiber, and telecommunications industries to the TEP team, overseeing customer retention, driving revenue optimization initiatives, and identifying new market opportunities. Before joining TEP, Tom was a leader at GridSource, Inc., where he drove hundreds of millions in revenue and established scalable commercial processes through a multi-year growth strategy. Earlier, he spent eight years at Uniti Group, Inc., driving significant revenue growth with hyperscaler and carrier clients through initiatives that generated hundreds of millions of dollars in long-term contract revenue. Throughout his career, Tom has focused on aligning sales, business development, and customer success under a single vision to deliver predictable, scalable growth and operational excellence. Tom received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Duquesne University.
