Over the course of her career, Amanda has played a key role in supporting large-scale fiber deployments, helping expand critical broadband infrastructure that connects communities and businesses, and played an integral role in 123NET’s expansion into the Residential market alongside its continued growth in the Commercial sector. Her work focuses on overseeing engineering, design, and permit teams responsible for network design and engineering strategy, building and improving internal processes, helping guide complex infrastructure projects, and ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through permitting and construction. Known for her practical leadership style, Amanda prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and clear communication to help her teams deliver high-quality results.
Amanda is passionate about building strong teams and developing future leaders within the telecom industry. She is also an active participant in Community engagement, networking, and industry initiatives, engaging with organizations such as the Fiber Broadband Association to support knowledge sharing and workforce development across the fiber ecosystem.
