From wrangling 35+ vendors during a complete customer care and billing system overhaul at Knology, to leading end-to-end systems integration across multiple enterprises during his Perot Systems tenure, Rick knows how to make the messy middle work. Long before APIs were cool, he was elbow-deep in migrating legacy data from eight disparate systems without losing a byte.
Fast forward to founding GOCare, where he flipped the script as co-founder and COO. Instead of replacing the tech stack, he built a platform that embraces bridging CRMs, billing, and network data into a single, customer-centric communication layer. It's all about getting more out of what you already have, not adding more complexity.
