Throughout his career, Paul has focused on rural connectivity, strategic growth, public-private partnerships, and infrastructure investment that helps close the digital divide. Under Wecom Fiber’s leadership team, the company has expanded service across multiple Arizona markets and has been recognized as the largest single awardee of Arizona BEAD funding, supporting a major statewide broadband expansion effort.
