Rebecca Denman serves as President of Business Development for UniTek Global Services, Inc., where she leads business development strategy and growth initiatives across four U.S. operating divisions and throughout Canada. With more than 22 years of experience spanning marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships, Rebecca is responsible for driving market expansion, strengthening client relationships, and aligning growth strategies across UniTek’s diverse service verticals.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has led consulting, technical engineering, joint use, project management, and construction initiatives supporting clients across the telecommunications, power, municipal, data center, and Tribal Nation markets. This experience has shaped her ability to align technical capabilities with market needs, bridge strategy with program execution, and support scalable growth across complex infrastructure programs. In her current role, she works closely with executive leadership and operations to ensure UniTek’s capabilities are positioned effectively, growth initiatives are scalable, and client needs are met with practical, cost-effective solutions.
Rebecca joined UniTek in October 2025 to lead the expansion of the company’s end-to-end construction services and elevate brand awareness within the utility and broadband infrastructure sectors. Her collaborative, team-driven approach to sales, business development, and marekting has supported entry into new markets, strengthened long-term partnerships, and reinforced UniTek’s reputation as a reliable, solutions focused partner.
Prior to joining UniTek, Rebecca served as Vice President of Business Development, where she led brand strategy, market positioning, and strategic partnership development across multiple regions. She is deeply committed to client first execution and to advancing infrastructure solutions that support unserved and underserved communities, while enabling sustainable growth for the future of the industry.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and International Business from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
