Chief Strategic Officer
EPC
West Monroe , Louisiana, United States
Josh Etheridge is Co-Owner and Chief Strategy Officer of EPC and Delta Fiber, where he focuses on aligning policy, partnerships, and execution to move infrastructure projects forward. With over 26 years of experience across industrial, construction, and broadband deployment, he brings a practical understanding of what it takes to get networks funded, designed, and built.
In 2016, alongside his brother Caleb, Josh co-founded EPC in West Monroe, Louisiana. Today, EPC is deployed across eight states and licensed in 16, delivering full-scale infrastructure solutions from concept through connection. The company supports clients through consulting, feasibility, engineering, design, permitting, and construction, removing the disconnects that often delay projects and drive up costs. Delta Fiber, acquired in June 2025, strengthens that model by adding deeper feasibility analysis, GIS-backed accuracy, and field-driven execution that improves cost certainty and speeds time to revenue.
This year alone, EPC has constructed over 550 miles of infrastructure, supporting projects that expand access, strengthen local economies, and create long-term value for the communities they serve.
Josh is known for his leadership in workforce development, building programs that connect people to real opportunities in the industry while helping meet the growing demand for skilled labor. His focus remains on practical outcomes, aligning national funding strategies with local needs, and ensuring projects don’t just get approved, but get built the right way.
