Antwon Alsobrook is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of A2D, Inc. and eCommunity Holdings, LLC (eCommunity Fiber), an open-access fiber infrastructure platform delivering next-generation broadband networks across urban, rural, and military communities in the United States.
With more than 20 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industry, Mr. Alsobrook has led the design, financing, construction, and operation of advanced communications networks totaling over $250 million in infrastructure development. In 2022, he secured a $50 million investment to support the national expansion of eCommunity Fiber, focused on increasing broadband access, enabling competition, and driving economic development.
Under his leadership, eCommunity Fiber has deployed and operates fiber networks serving residential, business, and government customers, including major military installations such as Fort Gordon, Fort Benning, and Fort Stewart. The company is also actively engaged in large-scale broadband expansion initiatives, including participation in Pennsylvania’s Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program and the development of next-generation infrastructure projects such as Gateway City Networks.
Mr. Alsobrook’s expertise spans fiber optics, open-access network architecture, wireless communications, GIS-based infrastructure planning, and AI-driven operational systems. He is a Certified Fiber-to-the-Home Professional and a Google SAS and Federated Wireless Certified CBRS Professional, and he remains a strong advocate for workforce development and creating career pathways in broadband and technology.
