Jon Wilkins co-founded Quadra Partners, LLC in 2017 and serves as Quadra’s lead partner for all activity related to federal and state broadband funding. Over the last seven years, Jon has worked with a range of broadband providers, as well as federal and state entities, on programs including CAF-II, RDOF, BIP (Broadband Infrastructure Program), ARPA (SLFRF and CPF), and BEAD. Most recently, he has served as a strategic advisor to a number of state broadband offices on the development and implementation of their BEAD programs. Prior to co-founding Quadra, Jon served as the Chief of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau at the FCC, as well as the COO of that agency. Jon joined the FCC in 2013 after a 17-year career at McKinsey & Company in Washington, D.C.
