Tali Kulbeda is Head of Local Marketing & Partnerships at Brightspeed. She leads the company’s local growth strategy, translating fiber infrastructure investment into customer adoption and market penetration across its 20-state footprint.
In this role, she built Brightspeed’s first local marketing and partnerships organization, establishing a scalable go-to-market model designed to help an incumbent telecom operator compete effectively in newly launched fiber markets. Her work focuses on leveraging community partnerships, trusted local relationships, and locally relevant engagement to strengthen reputation and accelerate broadband adoption in rural and suburban markets.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning telecommunications, consumer marketing, and experiential strategy, she specializes in connecting national growth strategy with market-level execution to drive measurable business outcomes.
Prior to Brightspeed, Tali founded and led Signature Marketing, a national experiential marketing firm serving brands including Boston Beer Company, Unilever, Pernod Ricard, and Procter & Gamble.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
