She has provided support for the business and technical needs of global telecom, cable, and mobile service providers and has developed thought-leadership content and solution marketing material. Her prior experience includes positions at reputable companies such as Incognito, Ericsson (CENX), Espial, Netcracker, Syndesis/Subex, and Nortel Networks. Sonya holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of nine-year-old twins and enjoys horseback riding.
