Levi Schrepfer is the Chief Operating Officer of Cherry Capital Communications, where he leads fiber network construction, engineering, permitting, and operational strategy for broadband expansion across Northern Michigan.
With more than 18 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure, Levi has built his career from the field up, starting in aerial fiber construction and progressing through outside plant engineering, large-scale network deployment, and executive leadership. His background includes leading multi-market fiber expansion programs designed to reach more than one million household passings, managing over 1,100 concurrent enterprise infrastructure projects, and directing CAD, GIS, permitting, engineering, and construction teams across residential, enterprise, and wireless markets.
At Cherry Capital Communications, Levi has focused on bringing structure, cost control, and data-driven decision making to broadband operations while playing a key role in securing a $16 million BEAD broadband grant award. He has led deployment of RDOF and ROBIN funded networks and supports the Sault Tribe’s USDA ReConnect 3 and 4 grant programs as an operating partner responsible for technical guidance, construction management, and ongoing operations.
Levi is passionate about practical broadband deployment, operational efficiency, and helping rural communities gain access to reliable high-speed internet infrastructure. He operates on the conviction that a leader’s true value is measured by the strength and readiness of the team they build.
