Zach McLemore is a broadband leader focused on expanding reliable, high-speed connectivity to the institutions that communities depend on most. At CVEC Fiber, he plays a key role in advancing fiber infrastructure that supports anchor institutions, including schools, libraries, healthcare facilities, and local governments.

Zach brings a unique blend of operational, regulatory, and funding expertise to his work. Prior to joining CVEC Fiber, he served as a consultant with Funds For Learning, where he helped school districts and libraries across the country navigate the complexities of the E-rate program and secure critical funding for broadband services. He also led efforts supporting K-12 and healthcare connectivity initiatives across 16 states, working closely with organizations to design and implement scalable, future-ready network solutions.

With experience spanning both consulting and service provider environments, Zach has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing anchor institutions. He is passionate about leveraging fiber infrastructure to drive digital equity, expand access to education and healthcare, and strengthen the communities these essential institutions serve.
