Sarah Davis is the Vice President of Market Development at Fidium, where she leads broadband deployment strategy across an eight‑state footprint. With more than 18 years in telecommunications, she brings extensive experience in regulatory policy, government affairs, funding strategy, and community broadband planning. Her work focuses on expanding fiber access in rural and underserved areas through coordinated partnerships and effective use of public funding.
Sarah has helped secure more than $230 million in government grants and municipal bond financing to support multi‑state fiber builds serving hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses. She works closely with federal and state broadband offices, municipalities, tribal nations, and regional coalitions to align policy, permitting, and funding with local priorities and accelerate construction timelines.
Her regional leadership includes helping New Hampshire surpass 50% fiber access through ARPA and Capital Projects Fund initiatives; advancing 11 expansion projects across 49 communities in Maine, including the effort that made Lincoln County the state’s first all‑fiber county; and coordinating CUD partnerships in Vermont that delivered multi‑gig fiber to tens of thousands of locations. Known for a pragmatic, community‑first approach, Sarah focuses on execution, navigating funding programs, addressing local challenges, and delivering reliable, future‑ready networks.
