Meghan launched the Fidium Fiber residential brand in 2021, which in 2025 became the unifying brand for all business lines for the Company. This completed Fidium’s brand evolution into a single, cohesive fiber provider centered on customer trust and performance. Through this work, she helped establish Fidium as a challenger brand with one of the highest NPS scores among internet service providers in the markets it serves.
Her leadership spans both creative and operational disciplines. Meghan modernized Fidium’s marketing engine by introducing segmentation frameworks, precision‑based activation, and community‑level marketing areas. These strategies have driven measurable gains in fiber penetration and strengthened Fidium’s role as a community‑focused provider.
